Caitlin is a digital unicorn. She attended the University of Central Florida (class of 2013) with a major in Digital Media and a minor in Entrepreneurship. She has since mastered a complete set of skills in the space, including but not limited to: web development, design, SEO, content creation, social media management, e-commerce, videography, photography and more. She has developed multiple websites for several clients, including e-commerce and learning platforms. For several years, she was Lead Front-End Developer, and upon receiving her NN/g UX design certificate, transitioned to Lead UX Designer at a data security startup. Over the last several years, Caitlin has built a business as a content creator and influencer in the health & cooking market. She has learned everything there is to know about social media, photography, videography, and influencer marketing, as well as working and managing people all over the world to complete various projects. Outside of work, Caitlin loves to run, hike, garden, and cook. She is a mother to a blended family of four, and dreams of one day owning a small farm, traveling by camper, and backpacking in the mountains.
Rick is a registered professional engineer in the state of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in aerospace engineering. With a background in system test, mechanical, and process engineering of launch vehicles, his experience in creating complex systems carry over to the tech world to “launch” your site. Outside of direct engineering nerd stuff, Rick is skilled in internal process development, project management, team development, and business development. He has demonstrated results in meeting technical and financial challenges, and aggressive schedules. He can solve almost any problem he faces with grit, determination, and copious amounts of coffee. Outside of work, Rick loves to run, cycle, woodwork, and hike. He is the best father everrr to our blended family of four kids.
